CFO Division email policy

To comply with the University of Floridas legal obligations and create a coherent communications environment, all UF CFO employees must use UF Exchange for all UF business.  For this purpose, the following policy applies to faculty, staff and students working for the UF CFO division, and is enacted immediately:

 UF CFO employees must use UF Exchange for all UF business and shall not use any form of automatic forwarding of UF email.  No exceptions to this policy shall be granted.

Staff members automatically forwarding their UF Exchange email to any other messaging system are in violation of this policy.  Failure to follow this policy may result in penalties and disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of employment, revocation of user access or other legal sanctions.
