Unused electronic gift cards may be returned to the RPP office for a refund to your chartfield, provided the card value can reasonably be applied to other studies, and the card was purchased within the last 12 months. Gift cards that cannot be returned to inventory must follow UF best‑practice guidelines and may not be distributed to employees.
Please remember that payment type requests should be limited to a two‑month supply for your study. If additional cards are needed after that period, you may submit a study modification request.
