Tuition

Payments
This includes all types of tuition and student fee payment information ranging from payment options to payment plans. For specific plan information, please contact the University Bursar’s office and they will be able to assist.
Billing
This includes all information regarding the billing process for both tuition and non-tuition charges. This also includes information on the process regarding past due accounts.
Financial Aid, Loans, and Waivers
Information regarding payment sources originating outside of the student’s personal finances. This includes financial aid, loans, and waivers. For specific questions, please contact either Student Financial Aid or the University Bursar’s Office.
Third-Party Sponsors
Information included in this section revolves around Third-Party Sponsors providing financial assistance for students. Included in this section is information regarding the process overall, as well as the billing and invoicing procedures.
Refunds
Information includes procedures relating to refunds, including refunds from Financial Aid as well as the Parent PLUS Loan Program.
Florida Prepaid
Information on how Florida Prepaid is applied to a student’s tuition, how it is processed, and steps on how to opt out of this program.
Tax Information
Information regarding both Tax Forms 1098-E and 1098-T. These forms cover tax deductions for interest payments as well as institutional reporting for tuition and fees for students attending the university.
Parental Access
Information included covers students’ ability to grant access to their parents/guardians to access their information. This includes making payments on their behalf as well as sharing information under FERPA.
University of Florida Department Resources
