Begin preparing for the transition to myUF Marketplace today

myuf marketplace updated logoOn Oct. 28, 2019, UF will introduce a new single procure-to-pay system designed to streamline processes for our faculty and staff.

A joint initiative of the Division of Finance and Accounting and UF Procurement Services, myUF Marketplace will streamline processes currently completed via two systems, myUF Market and myUF Payment Solutions, into one integrated solution using the myUF Market platform.

An information session introducing the new system was held last month. If you missed it, you can view the full recording here or review the PowerPoint slides here.

You can begin preparing for the transition to myUF Marketplace now, including by requesting the “UF_N_MKT_REQUESTOR” or “UF_N_MKT_FINANCIAL_APPROVER” role if you do not already have either.

Additionally, there have been in-person hands-on training sessions (“PST082 myUF Marketplace Overview”), and a virtual session for remote employees (those off of main campus or outside Gainesville) will be held on Oct. 23. Learn more here. There will also be just-in-time training at go-live and an updated full course available later this year.

Because the UFFPA is going away, all AP processors will need to take the UFF Fund Administrator Training (“ADV006: Fund Administrator Training”) if you have not already done so.
