Last spring, UFDocuSign became available to all UF faculty and staff for free. The electronic signature service lets users securely sign and initial electronic documents instead of paper copies, as well as send electronic documents out for signature.
Employees can use UFDocuSign by going to https://www.docusign.com/ and logging in with their GatorLink credentials at the usual UF web login page. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use the service for official university business requiring signatures to save time, money and the frustration of waiting on documents.
New eNotary feature
UFDocuSign now offers the ability to execute electronic notarial acts using a DocuSign signature. These electronic notarial acts emulate the core aspects of a traditional paper/human notarial act. Please note, if you do not comply with legal requirements for an electronic signature, you can lose your notary license. Learn more.
