Deposit Corrections (DPC)

Directive Statement

Deposit Correction (DPC) journals are entered when a deposit’s ChartField string needs to be corrected.  DPC journals will need to reference the original deposit.

Reason for Directive

To maintain the integrity of the University of Florida General Ledger.

Who must comply?

All UF departments.
