Access My Form W-2 (Former Employee)

If you are a former University of Florida (UF) employee, you can access your W-2 using one of the following methods.

Option 1: Download your W-2 Online

Available if you were an active UF employee within the
last 18 months.

1. Visit UF W-2 Access (https://one.uf.edu/w-2).
2. Click Log in with GatorLink.
3. Sign in with your GatorLink username and password.
4. Complete the required verification steps.
5. Download or print your W-2 and Employee Year-End Statements as PDF files.

Forgot your password?

Visit GatorLink Account Management to reset it.

Option 2: Request a Duplicate W-2

If you cannot access your W-2 online, download and complete the W-2 or 1042-S Duplicate Request Form ( PDF| DOCX)

Return the completed form to the appropriate UF office, following the instructions on the form.

We recommend trying the online portal first, as you may be able to access and download your W-2 immediately. Please note that duplicate requests submitted through the form may take additional time to process.
