Effective September 30, 2015 there is a new requirement that every department collecting Equipment Use fees review their balances annually and provide a written explanation of balances and plans to spend within the next fiscal year. These balance reviews will include the current fund and department flex combination, courses associated with the given Chartfield, the current fund/flex balance, and plans to spend for the fiscal year. This information should be provided on the Equipment Use Fund 163 annual balance review and explanation form that can be found hereor in the Resources and Forms Hub. This report will be due to the University Budget Office July 1 of each year.
